Cuisine Type and Popular Dishes

At Coast & Co, you’ll be treated to a delightful selection of wholesome café fare that caters to breakfast enthusiasts and lunch seekers alike. Savour the indulgent breakfast burrito, celebrated by patrons like James Fallon, who raved about its unique blend of flavour and originality, comparing it to none other than California's best! For those with a sweet tooth, expect heavenly scones and the zesty lemon drizzle cake, both of which have been highlighted in multiple reviews for their deliciousness and the perfect light texture.

Whether you fancy a brief tea break or a hearty lunch, Coast & Co excels in delivering fresh, locally sourced ingredients—all while maintaining a cozy, family-friendly vibe. A nice little gem! We reached the cafe via rental bikes from Carlingford and stopped for a brief bite and some tea. Wonderful staff - very friendly and accommodating. We were their last customers of the day, and they took great care of us. My husband and friend each had a scone and exclaimed at how light and delicious they were!

Breakfast was great. Service good. A bit noisy as staff allowed two children compete on video games on phones.

Lovely setting especially outside. Scones and lemon drizzle cake were fantastic and lovely coffee too.

Fantastic, cozy place for lunch, or just a coffee and a cake. I’ve been a few times and the staff are always lovely and welcoming. Today we shared the steak as were weren’t overly hungry and it was a perfect choice. Locally sourced from Savages’s in Carlingford, cooked to perfection and beautifully presented with chips and side salad. I highly recommend this place when you’re next in the peninsula.

Great food, great service. Worth making a detour to if you’re in the Cooley peninsula.

Lovely family-friendly brunch spot in Greenore (near Carlingford) Visited Coast & Co a couple of weeks ago with my family for brunch and we were very pleasantly surprised. The menu selection, ambience, and service were all excellent. The food was delicious, served quickly, and I really appreciated the attention to detail, even the plates were warm, which made a difference. It is a great little hideaway if you are in Carlingford and looking for something family-friendly. I would definitely recommend giving this restaurant a try. The only downside is that they close at 4pm, so it is best suited for breakfast, brunch, lunch, or an afternoon snack. The toilets were clean and the background music was neutral and pleasant. They also have a lovely selection of home décor, skincare products, and baby clothing available for sale. Both the food and the shop items are fairly priced, making it a great option even if you are on a budget. You can enjoy a lovely meal and perhaps pick up a gift or some home goods as well.

10/10. Beautiful spot. And very good food. I very much enjoyed the breakfast burrito. It was the only Irish one I’ve tried and I was very impressed. 2nd place is a different style one I used to have in California .
